Looking for a skilled craftsman who has 5 years of framing and carpentry experience. Knowledge of other trades (electrical, plumbing, etc) is a plus. Knowledge of local building codes is also a plus.

- Work indoors and outdoors, depending on project.
- Ability to frame walls, stairs, and decks according to plans.
- Prepare concrete forms for stairs

Description: A person who works with wood to build things like houses/buildings or smaller projects. A person who supports the work of other skilled craftspeople and assists in a variety of projects. Takes responsibility in securing projects and reporting problems or damages to the Project Manager.
Qualifications: Reliable transportation. Willingness to work hard.
Essential Functions:
- Be knowledgable of the hazards and safety requirements of the job, and utilize required personal protective equipment ( work boots, safety glasses, hearing protection etc.)
- Support the work of other skilled craftspeople by moving materials assisting with installation, preparing or cleaning the site etc.
- Work with power tools powered by gasoline, electricity, or compressed air.
- Erect wood framework for buildings
- Build forms for concrete ( ex. forms for stairs)
- Work indoors or outdoors depending on the project
- Maintain tools in good working order
- Ensure the houses under construction are secure at the end of each day
- Clean up job sites as needed

Looking for someone who is willing to assist excavation crews in building roads, laying pipes, digging foundations. This is a physically demanding job and is performed in all types of weather. Prior excavation labor experience preferred but not required.

Essential Functions:
- Support the work of other skilled craftspeople- equipment operators, pipe layers, etc.- by moving materials, assisting with installation, preparing and cleaning the site.
- Work with his/her hands and with power tools run by gasoline, electricity and compressed air.
- Be knowledgeable of hazards and safety requirements of the job, and use personal protective equipment. ( Work boots, hard hat, etc)
- Work with pavement breakers, pumps, compressors, lasers, vibrators.
- Dig trenches and install pipe
- Will support the work of the pipe crew installing new utilities along newly built roads
- Use survey or measuring equipment.
- May be required to run lull, loader, or backhoe

Description: Manage and Supervise employees in all areas of excavation. Solve employee issues and help organize projects.
Qualifications: 5 years of experience, reliable transportation.

- Be knowledgeable of and observe proper operating procedures and safety practices; including proper procedures when digging where underground utilities may exist
- Utilize required personal protective equipment (hearing protection, work boots, hard hat, etc.)

- Set up GPS for new construction and make changes as necessary
