My husband and I sold our home of 29 years, and wanted to build a new home. In selecting a builder for this major undertaking, we had specific criteria. Once we found our location, each step of the way we were met with consummate professionals. The excavating supervisor gave us the initial vision of site. The sales team and the site supervisor helped us to design our home that incorporated our dreams into reality. Kaylie at the Design Center patiently worked with us to pick our finishes and add our personal style to our home. At our home orientation visit, we met Jamie who gave us a 2.5-hour tour on our nearly finished home. She took the time to answer our questions and educate us on all the appliances and various systems in this new paradise. Jamie also explained that she was part of the customer service team. What builder has a customer service team to work with you after the house is built? One the day of our closing, our beautiful home had a big red bow on the front door, and we were greeted by the owners of LaMontagne Builders. Not only did they thank us for our business, they actually took the time to clean some of the hydroseed that landed on the house. It was not necessary, but it told us that they had as much pride in the home as we had. It is nearly a month later, and not only did LaMontagne Builders give us a house, they built us a home and a community.
